This Cleveland Townhouse received a complete renovation and Mint House was chosen to select finishes and fixtures, design cabinetry for the master ensuite, WIR, kitchen, laundry and alfresco area. Once the build was complete, furniture and accessories were chosen to complete the project.
The brief was to design the newly renovated lower level of this house to incorporate a tv room and playroom. Spacial planning was provided to ensure both areas were functional and that suitable furniture could be purchased. Furniture, soft furnishings and artwork were sourced. The end result is a calm and inviting space that both parents and children can share.
This ex rental property has been refurbished to produce a modern family home. Carpet was removed and the timber floors were stained in Black Japan. Walls were painted in Dulux natural white to create a blank canvas for the owner's artwork. Modern furniture has been mixed with vintage pieces to create a welcoming home. The exterior has been painted in Porters Van Helsing to create a bold first impression.

This beautiful office space was created for the principal at a local primary school. The brief was to design an area that was warm and welcoming for guests. It's definitely not your typical commercial space and as a result provides a relaxed and comfortable work environment.
A dark and dingy space was given a complete makeover to create a bright and sophisticated meeting room. Furniture and finishes were kept light to keep the space feeling open. A beautiful wallpaper was used as a feature on the end wall to lead your eye into the room and to make the space feel bigger.
